What a day! On 27 September, first-time buyers, property developers and industry experts came together for the London Home Show 2025.

It was seven hours of learning, sharing and connecting over schemes designed to help budding buyers take that all-important step onto the property ladder. That’s seven hours well spent if you ask us!

At this year’s event, we welcomed over 1,000 attendees, ranging from those still wrapping their heads around homebuying jargon to those ready to find the one.

The show had everything they needed to make sense of first-time buyer schemes:

Now in its 12th year, the London Home Show is a highlight of Shared Ownership Week. In the run-up to the event, we shared stories from those who’ve already unlocked the door to their future through Shared Ownership; real experiences that show what it’s like to navigate the housing market as a first-time buyer in 2025.
